When working with custom cover, Clouddancers have noticed the need for some additional type of protection. Their goal is to ensure you get the cover you need. One example is to order a Canopy cover in FFC with the Allweather fabric that can be used for traveling, while choosing to have the rest of the cover, wings and tailplane in dust cover fabric used only when indoors. In this fashion all demands are met without having to buy three different types of covers.

We offer partial cover for wings, wingtips, elevator, tail cover and fuselage.

Separable cowling

We can offer you the separable cowling for all covers with a cowling. This allows you to use your cover even more flexibly. Especially with larger aircraft, the option of packing only the cabin area for a short trip is practical.

Separable roof (High wing)

The separable roof is used for easier handling of high-wing aircrafts. If you have antennas on the roof, this is the most convenient solution, as you don't have to thread the antennas in with the whole cover first. This solution makes it possible to put the roof part over the antennas first and then connect it to the rest of the cover later. This makes handling much easier.

HCC - Our Heatable Cowling Cover to Avoid cold starts

The Heatable Cowling Cover is a preheating cover for piston powered aircraft. With this preheat cover, the cold start, which is harmful to the engine, is avoided.

With these covers warm air is blown into the engine compartment from below so that the engine and its components warm up. Especially on cold days below 15°C, this contributes to a better starting performance of the engine as well as to less wear of the engine components.

The UNCUTABLE material helps to insulate the heat and thus the preheating process is accelerated.

Wing tents

Clouddancers' wing tents are designed to be stretched under the wing of the aircraft. This saves the frame and space. Of course, this also means a significant weight saving compared to a standard tent.
We propose wing tents for one or two persons for gliders, powered planes and microlight aircraft.

Clouddancers Cowlplugs

Cowlplugs serve as protection against birds. Especially in spring, all kinds of birds are looking for breeding places. Cowl openings, with an engine that is still a little warm, come in handy for them. To prevent this, we offer cowlplugs for various types of aircraft.

WingEdge protection

Wingedge Protection Covers are special covers to protect the wing and tailplane ends. They cover only the endpart of the wing and are like the IMPACT covers heavily upholstered.
The covers offer optimum protection against shunting damage in narrow halls. The outer fabric of the Wingedge Protection is colour-coded green and red.

Propeller covers

In addition to our complete covers we also offer propeller covers. These can be attached using the Velcro connection already attached to each cover. 

Your style: logos and lettering

A label or logo on your cover makes your cover distinctive. We can put your label or logo on the cover according to your wishes. The label is printed on the cover using the screen printing process and is therefore very durable. We will be happy to advise you on the design!
